As part of Coles Express’ employee induction program, I developed an interactive training module called Guiding Your Team. The module focused on delivering a clear, engaging learning experience that helped new employees quickly grasp leadership principles within the company. The project combined clean visuals with user-friendly interaction to keep the training both practical and motivating.
